Job Description:

We are looking for a Content Writer & Social Media Specialist to craft engaging, highquality content and drive our social media presence. This role is ideal for a creative, tech-savvy individual passionate about simplifying complex B2B technology topics and fostering online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

  • Write and edit compelling blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and landing pages aligned with Apica.io’s messaging.
  • Simplify complex technical concepts into digestible, audience-appropriate content.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gather insights and ensure content accuracy.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule content for Apica.io’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) with a focus on B2B tech engagement.
  • Monitor and engage with followers to build brand awareness and relationships.
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine strategy and grow the company’s online footprint.

SEO and Analytics

  • Optimize content for search engines to increase organic traffic and visibility.
  • Track and report on content performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Collaboration

  • Work with the marketing team to align content strategy with overall business goals.
  • Support demand generation campaigns with targeted content and promotional ideas.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in content writing and social media management, preferably in B2B tech.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.

Skills

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to create content tailored to different buyer personas and sales funnels.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and industry jargon.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
